Taking back a step, to jump two steps

September 1, 2011

Hi, everyone. I know I haven’t been consistent this past month. I have my reasons. Firstly, I was away for the later half of the month. More importantly, I have found myself focusing on the wrong thing I set out to achieve. I really didn’t want my creations to be a product for sale. It was supposed to be something I learn from and develop into great ideas. Recently, I have been inspired by many “real” artists and realize what I’m doing is selling rings instead of catching a dream.

From now on, I will still update my blog every week. Most of the time, these post will be documenting my progress and things that inspired me. I want to keep it loose and open…….. See you soon.

One dry sea

August 16, 2011

This is an experimental piece on leather binding. I saw the technique on youtube and adapted it to fit the tools I have. I loved how tough and so simple this looked.:) Now, I’m using it as my charm holder or coins purse!!!

Leather stitched with heavy-duty string, decorated with eyelets.

After this first one, I fell in love with the aesthetic of tough-desert leather pouches and containers. There will be more coming soon and I will upload my inspiration mood board too!

Well, here it is…….The tribal-feel ring.

Bad news

The “grin over my grave” ring is temporarily out of stock! There are some difficulty sourcing the material for the ring……I only have enough material for a few that were pre-order. I’ll let you know when it will be available again, hopefully soon!

Grin over my grave

“Grin over my grave” is my latest and favourite at the moment. It is a result of a perfect combination between colour and detail!

Skull-detailed plastic on golden stainless steel—300 baht.

Cuticular amour

August 7, 2011

Sorry for such a long wait! I am officially done with my internship and other side stuff. From now on, I will try to update twice a week (most likely on the thursday and sunday).

This amour ring was inspired from reptile’s scales. Effortlessly chic, easy to wear piece to add some rock-and-roll to your outfit! This ring is also for sale with some alternative options (add leather, change the colour, material, etc).

Enjoy!

Stack them up! Personally, I like how bold they look stacked up! All the rock-and-roll guys out there, this is for you!
